He guided me through many rough times that I saw on the job, and through very tough periods that I faced in my personal life. He could always see the good in people, and he would help turn that good into something even better. He always had time for you, always made you feel welcome, and always made you feel important. Rare is the man who will pick you up out of the dirt, dust you off, and call you his equal.
