There once was a time when only ruffians, rednecks, farmers, hunters, and construction workers drove pickup trucks or 4X4 utility vehicles. My first was a well-worn 1966 International Scout 4-cylinder 4X4, used for work, hunting, and my sideline snowplowing business. The interior was stark, unpadded sheet metal.
