No such thing as a free lunch in Rahm Emanuel’s Chicago

Chicago public schools’ free lunch program plagued by fraud. Naturally, the taxpayers lose.

Does this surprise anyone?

Boycott Illinois. Boycott Chicago. It’s only common sense. Do it for the children.
