Every Child Left Behind in little Michael Bloomberg’s New York City

Les Miserables.  The legacy of the nation’s biggest soda jerk Mayor is that 80% of NYC’s High School Graduates cannot read.  What is even sadder is the only 37% of Bloomberg’s black and Hispanic students even graduate High School; that is the lowest rate in the nation.
