What is it that HealthCare.gov is supposed to do that eHealthInsurance.com does not already do?

If your crotch is getting all sweaty during your wait for a working version of HealthCare.gov, click on over to eHealthInsurance.com; you might just be impressed.  eHealth has been around for years and never cost U.S. Taxpayers a dime.
