AT&T's miasma of interactive customer support websites just plain sucks

I guess genuine idiocy still outranks artificial intelligence when it comes to website design and function.  Apparently none of the AT&T corporate bigwigs have ever needed to use the customer service websites (or the human telephone support).

If any of AT&T's competitors that are available in our area didn't suck as much as AT&T does I'd just switch.  

I wonder if Elon Musk will someday, somehow, become a competitor.  My guess is that it won't be too long before satellite phone and satellite internet becomes the norm worldwide.

Anyhoo, our internet use via DSL is too limited and unreliable to meet our needs any longer and fiber isn't available in our area.  Switching over to 5G Internet Air is our only option for now.  Hopefully it all will be over with on Wednesday of next week.
