Dead tree removal project appears to be on schedule.

 

City-Certified Dead-Treeologist showed up this morning and confirmed that the tree is dead.

City-Certified Dead-Tree-Removal-Permitologist emailed a copy of the approved permit to me.

I emailed the city-approved-contractor a copy of the approved city permit.

Barring hell or high-water, this project should close on Wednesday 07/20/2022.
