On my end, all administrative details have been covered. Contractor has the tree & brush-pile removal scheduled for July 20th.

 

I submitted the city permit application Thursday afternoon.

 Approval takes (typically) 5-days or less.

Snafus have been the norm for me this year whenever ANY government agency is involved.

I'm hoping the city doesn't find a way to mess this up.

Year 2022 has been a cluster fuck year for many folks.  

Never a dull moment, I tell ya.
