I am still waiting for a comment about Chicago on Compton, Calif. In Compton, a new Hispanic population ( and their gangs) targeted the Black gangbangers, their families, and friends, to drive the ghetto class out of town. Compton went from ~100% Black to ~70% Hispanic with a routine level of ~100 homicides per year down to virtually no "violent" crime. That brought profit to the property owners and grift to the politicians. Chicago is ripe for that sort of change. Businesses are leaving and taking the city prosperity with it. The perimeter suburbs are in for a new population of urban refugees. An "insiders" view would be interesting.
