T'ain't jest 'bout keepin' da hair outta da soup and t'ain't all 'bout da 'RONA-19. A host of pathogens sicken millions of folks in the USA ever' year. O'er my long lifetime I've notice many good rules from da '50s and '60s gettin' slack.
In da above photo, da hair of the servers is only partially covered. Both of da servers are blatherin' at da kids and their mucus and saliva is sprayin' out all over da food. Da servers are not wearin' gloves.
One chef is wearin' gloves, t'other is not. Both are seasonin' da food wit' boogers and mouth slime; mmmm, mighty tasty.
Yep, dis here is my comfort zone fer food preparers and servers in public and private restaurants, wit' or wit'out da 'RONA-19 pandemic.
Dis here looks to be a good start. Booth dividers are of substantial size and all hard and soft surfaces look to be easily sanitized between uses with a disinfectant spray and disposable wipes (as opposed to da dry cloth quick sweep of crumbs off da tables and seats onto da
floor. "NEXT!").
Gubner Prickster, ya might wanna try leadin' 'stead of jest posturin'.
It be only common sense.
Do it fer da chilluns.
