Grips (AKA Stocks) on a revolver that fit YOUR hand and YOUR concealed carry needs can be a challenge to find. My compromise for carrying and shooting this old Colt Agent is a Tyler brand grip adapter that I bought many years ago. The Pachmayr rubber grips fit my hand better but these old wooden stocks carry easier inside my pocket, inside my waistband, and / or in my shoulder holsters. Shooting is easier with the rubber grips but very manageable with the wooden grips provided that I use them with the Tyler style adapter.
The Tyler website HINTS that ordering MAY soon become easier.
Until the aforementioned website changes become effective, you'll need to copy and print their old-school order form, write a check, stick it all in the U.S. Mail and wait a while.
I'd like to purchase a couple of J-Frame grip adapters, one polished / shiny aluminum and another in shiny black. If I get a new printer before they upgrade their website I'll just order them the old-fashioned way.
Yes, I am aware of the competitor brand of grip adapters.
Their online order and payment system failed when I tried to place an order so I just gave up.
Your mileage may vary.
